This is a service fee for SupportUKtoday's event planning, coordination and support services under Option B.

This fee covers SupportUKtoday's planning, coordination and support services throughout the event preparation process. It becomes non-refundable once SupportUKtoday begins reviewing and processing your event request, as it covers the time and resources required to assess, plan and prepare your event support.

This fee does not include venue hire, catering, suppliers, equipment, printing, advertising costs or third-party expenses. These costs remain the responsibility of the organiser unless separately agreed in writing.
